This responsibility includes not only refraining from engaging in harassing or inappropriate behavior, but also immediately reporting conduct by anyone – employee, singer, or audience member – that may constitute harassment, even if the conduct was sanctioned and regardless of how you may have learned of the conduct. This responsibility exists even when it appears that others are not offended or intimidated by the inappropriate behavior. Pop Up Karaoke employees will immediately take action to correct the problem and prevent any future discrimination or retaliation.
